I’ve been ultra busy at uni recently so I haven’t had time to cook a proper meal. Instead I’ve been running around the media school trying to get assignments done and my stress levels are going through the roof, so for times like this I have a stash of frozen foods on hand for a quick bite.
Having joined my local swimming pool in the name of bikini season, I think this sandwich fits in swimmingly with my new routine as it hits the spot after all the lengths I’ve been doing.
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and put three fishless fingers in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
2. Spread some ketchup or any other kind of sauce onto 2 slices of bread and assemble.
